Johnnie Frost, the owner, installed his first system in 1994. He got his start working for a larger air conditioning company in Dallas. While there, he learned a lot about the heating and air conditioning industry, however he missed the individualism of a smaller more personal company.

Johnnie’s dream has always been to own his own business. He thought with his down home attitude and his knowledge of air conditioning was strong enough and hence Frost Brothers was created. Frost Brothers started out really small, just Johnnie, along with his wife Debra, however it has grown and continues to grow year after year.
