● Measure refrigerant pressures
● Test capacitor, contactor, fan motor, and compressor amps
● Check/measure the power supply to disconnect
● Check drains and clear if necessary
● Inspect the evaporator coil and blower motor
● Check duct/design for air leakage and properly sealed
● Measure insulation-inches
● Check the cleanliness of ductwork
● Check for mold presence
● Ensure the system is sealed properly
● Measure for correct airflow
● Test amp draw of blower motor
● Check/tighten all electrical components
● Test starting capabilities and safety controls
● Monitor the cooling cycle
● Replace filters (extra charge)
● Clean and adjust burner assembly - if applicable
● Examine the heat exchanger for any issues
● Check and clean flame sensor and burner assembly
● Measure the flue draft
● Check all flue pipe connections
● Check clearance and strapping per code
● Adjust gas pressure - if needed
● Check gas piping for leaks
● Verify drip leg is installed
● Check R-value of the duct and for air leaks
● Measure insulation-inches
● Measure for correct air flow/balance
